Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Harissa paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Red bell pepper, sliced - 1 medium
  • Zucchini, thinly sliced - 1 small
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 1/2 medium
  • Feta cheese, crumbled - 50 grams
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface until it's about 0.5 cm thick and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the harissa paste with olive oil, then spread it evenly over the pizza dough.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the harissa-covered dough.
  5. Arrange the sliced red bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion on top of the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the vegetables, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
  8. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before sprinkling with fresh parsley.
  9. Slice and serve hot.
