- Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
- Harissa paste - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
- Red bell pepper, sliced - 1 medium
- Zucchini, thinly sliced - 1 small
- Red onion, thinly sliced - 1/2 medium
- Feta cheese, crumbled - 50 grams
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface until it's about 0.5 cm thick and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the harissa paste with olive oil, then spread it evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the harissa-covered dough.
- Arrange the sliced red bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the vegetables, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before sprinkling with fresh parsley.
- Slice and serve hot.
