Ingredients

  • Chicken wings - 500 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic cloves - 4, minced
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the wings from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are crispy and cooked through.
  5. Once done, remove the wings from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  6. Serve the wings hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
