  • Whole grain burger buns - 2
  • Lettuce leaves - 2

  • Tahini - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, black pepper, and olive oil to create a marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into burger-sized patties and coat them well with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
