  • Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
  • Tahini - 2 tablespoons (optional for serving)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
