Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 1 medium head (about 500g)

  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, turmeric, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
  5. Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
