- Coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Allspice - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, allspice, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- Add the quail to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
