Ingredients
- Potatoes - 300 grams

- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
- Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Steps
- Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks, then boil them in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
- In a frying pan, heat a little oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
