  • Pistachios - 50g
  • Cashews - 50g

  • Sea salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh rosemary, finely chopped - 1 teaspoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almonds, walnuts, pistachios, and cashews.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, sea salt, cumin, cinnamon, paprika, black pepper, rosemary, and honey until well mixed.
  4. Pour the spice mixture over the nuts and toss until they are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even roasting.
