- Chicken breast - 300 grams

- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into 2.5 cm cubes and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, ground cinnamon, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
