Ingredients
- Ground chicken - 400 grams
- Garlic cloves, minced - 2
- Onion, finely chopped - 1 small
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Gluten-free burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato, sliced - 1
- Cucumber, sliced - 1/2
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, chopped onion, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two patties, about 2 cm thick.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and reach an internal temperature of 75°C.
- While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the gluten-free burger buns in another skillet with the remaining olive oil until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on each bun, followed by the cooked chicken patty, sliced tomato, and cucumber. Top with the other half of the bun.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or side.
