  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground allspice - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground paprika, ground allspice, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add it to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  5. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
