- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground paprika, ground allspice, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add it to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
