Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 400 grams, cut into florets

  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon - 1, juiced

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to ensure the cauliflower is evenly coated.
