  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cut carrots with olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the carrots are well coated.
  3. Spread the spiced carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
