  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into squares
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Lemon wedges - for serving

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated, and let them marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. While the shrimp is marinating, soak wooden skewers in water for about 10 minutes to prevent burning.
  4. Thread the marinated shrimp, bell pepper squares, and cherry tomatoes onto the soaked skewers, alternating between ingredients.
