- Cucumber (diced) - 1/2 medium
- Tomato (diced) - 1 medium
- Radishes (sliced) - 4
- Red onion (thinly sliced) - 1/4 medium
- Parsley (chopped) - 1/4 cup
- Mint leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Lettuce (torn) - 1 cup
- Pita bread (toasted and broken) - 1 small piece
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Sumac - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a medium skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.

- In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, and the rest of the sumac.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Add the torn lettuce and cooked shrimp to the salad, mixing gently again.
- Top with broken pieces of toasted pita bread just before serving.
