- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a medium pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
