- Carrot - 1 small, diced

- Vegetable broth - 500 milliliters
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Cucumber - 1 small, diced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Mint leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat and add the diced onions, cooking until translucent.
