- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Bell pepper - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Cucumber - 1 small, diced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the sliced chicken breast to the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border for the crust.
- Spread the marinated chicken evenly over the sauce, followed by the shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Add the sliced red onion and bell pepper on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Once out of the oven, top the pizza with diced cucumber, chopped parsley, and a drizzle of lemon juice.
