Ingredients

  • semolina - 100 grams
  • sugar - 75 grams
  • plain yogurt - 100 grams
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • orange blossom water - 1 tablespoon
  • almond slivers - 20 grams
  • water - 100 milliliters
  • butter - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish or cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine semolina, sugar, baking powder, and yogurt, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add water and orange blossom water to the mixture and stir until well incorporated.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
