- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cilantro, dill, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, paprika, and red chili flakes to create a marinade.
- Place the sea bass fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the fish to brown slightly.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and let sit for a couple of minutes before serving.
