  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cilantro, dill, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, paprika, and red chili flakes to create a marinade.
  3. Place the sea bass fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
  4. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the fish to brown slightly.
  6. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let sit for a couple of minutes before serving.
