- White fish fillets (such as cod or haddock) - 300 grams
- Plain Greek yogurt - 200 grams
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Fresh mint, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Water - 200 milliliters
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped mint, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well to create the sauce.
- Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and pour half of the yogurt sauce over them, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Add 200 ml of water to the baking dish to keep the fish moist while baking.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and spread the remaining yogurt sauce on top of the fish. Bake uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
