Ingredients

  • Fresh parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Fresh mint - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Wash and prepare all the vegetables by dicing the cucumber and tomato, slicing the radish, and dicing the bell pepper.
  2. Chop the fresh parsley and mint finely and set aside.
