  • Fresh mint - 15 grams (chopped)
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic - 1 clove (minced)
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the cooked and peeled fava beans, diced tomato, diced cucumber, and finely chopped red onion.
