- Water - 120 ml

- Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet or saj over medium heat.
- Divide the dough into 2 equal portions and roll each portion into a thin circle, about 2-3 mm thick.
- Cook each bread in the skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned and cooked through.
- Remove from the skillet and keep warm under a towel until serving.
