  • Water - 100 ml

Steps

  1. In a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, and cornstarch. Whisk until the cornstarch is fully dissolved.
  2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and begins to bubble (about 8-10 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the rose water and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into two serving bowls or ramekins, smoothing the tops with a spatula.
  5. Allow the pudding to cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
