Ingredients

  • Almonds - 50 grams
  • Walnuts - 50 grams
  • Pistachios - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Za'atar - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almonds, walnuts, and pistachios.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the nuts and toss to coat evenly.
  4. In a separate small bowl, mix together the paprika, cumin, salt, za'atar, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the nuts and toss again until well coated.
