- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground allspice - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, allspice, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Cut the lamb shoulder into chunks and place them in a dish. Pour the marinade over the lamb, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
