  • Pine nuts - 30 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Allspice - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vegetable broth - 400 ml
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Begin by washing the rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then soak it in water for 30 minutes.
  2. While the rice is soaking, prepare the zucchini by slicing off the tops and carefully hollowing them out using a small spoon or a corer, ensuring not to break the skin.
  3. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat, then add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.
