  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add the minced garlic and diced chicken to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
