- Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Chopped pistachios (for garnish) - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a saucepan, combine the cauliflower rice, almond milk, erythritol, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Once it starts to simmer, reduce the heat to low and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Divide the Riz Bil Halib into two serving bowls and garnish with chopped pistachios.
