- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Water - 300 milliliters
- Ground walnuts - 50 grams
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Maple syrup - 2 tablespoons
- Powdered sugar - for dusting

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, semolina, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Gradually add the water to the dry ingredients while whisking until you have a smooth batter.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour small rounds of batter (about 1/4 cup each) onto the skillet.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a separate bowl, mix the ground walnuts, ground cinnamon, and maple syrup to create the filling.
- Take one pancake, place a spoonful of the walnut mixture in the center, and fold it in half to create a half-moon shape, sealing the edges gently.
- Heat a little vegetable oil in the skillet and fry the filled pancakes for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from the skillet, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
