Ingredients

  • Halloumi cheese - 50 grams, sliced
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Black olives - 30 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the surface.
  5. Sprinkle the za'atar spice mix over the dough for added flavor.
  6. Evenly distribute the mozzarella cheese, followed by slices of halloumi and crumbled feta on top.
