- Ground lamb or beef - 150 grams
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Tomato paste - 30 grams
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 5 grams (for meat mixture)
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - a handful, chopped
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
- Pine nuts - 20 grams, toasted

Steps
- In a small bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast; let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour, salt, and olive oil. Gradually add the yeast mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place it in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
- While the dough is rising, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground meat, chopped onion, and minced garlic; cook until the meat is browned.
- Stir in tomato paste, cumin, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes, then remove from heat and mix in chopped parsley.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into two thin circles (about 25 cm in diameter).
- Transfer the dough circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the meat mixture evenly over the dough, then top with sliced tomatoes, bell peppers, and toasted pine nuts.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the toppings are cooked.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with lemon wedges.
