- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Zucchini - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Spinach - 50 grams, fresh
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Za'atar spice blend - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the whole wheat pita breads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops of the pita breads with olive oil using a pastry brush.
- Spread a layer of hummus evenly over each pita bread.
