- Gelatin powder - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Soak the pistachios in water for 2 hours, then drain and blend them into a fine paste.
- In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk until warm but not boiling, then stir in the dissolved gelatin until fully melted.
