Ingredients

  • Radishes - 4, thinly sliced
  • Green bell pepper - 1/2, diced
  • Fresh parsley - 30 grams, chopped
  • Fresh mint leaves - 15 grams, chopped
  • Lettuce - 100 grams, torn into pieces
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground sumac - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the pine nuts for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown, stirring frequently to prevent burning. Remove and set aside.
