  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 gluten-free burger buns
  • Lettuce leaves for serving
  • Tomato slices for serving
  • Tahini sauce for drizzling

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, toasted pine nuts, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
