- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 gluten-free burger buns
- Lettuce leaves for serving
- Tomato slices for serving
- Tahini sauce for drizzling
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, toasted pine nuts, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
