- Chickpeas (cooked) - 100 grams
- Spinach - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the diced red bell pepper and zucchini to the skillet, cooking for 5-7 minutes until they soften.
- Stir in the harissa paste and cook for an additional 2 minutes to release its flavors.
- Add the cooked chickpeas and spinach to the skillet, cooking until the spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the vegetable mixture in the skillet, tossing to coat evenly. Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
