- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled (optional)
Steps
- Cook the whole wheat pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced red and yellow bell peppers to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender but still crisp.
- Stir in the cooked pasta, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
