  • Pomegranate molasses - 1 tablespoon
  • Sumac - 1 teaspoon
  • Tahini - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 2 tablespoons (for dressing)
  • Salt (for Fattoush dressing) - to taste

Steps

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
