- Bell pepper, diced - 1 medium
- Zucchini, diced - 1 medium
- Tomato, diced - 1 medium
- Carrot, grated - 1 medium
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground allspice - 1/4 teaspoon

- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until it becomes translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
