  • Tomatoes (diced) - 400 grams (canned or fresh)
  • Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
