Ingredients

Steps
- Thoroughly wash the parsley, mint, tomato, and cucumber under cold water.
- Remove the thick stems from the parsley and mint, then finely chop them.
- Dice the tomato and cucumber into small pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped parsley, mint, diced tomato, green onion, and cucumber.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
