  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Rinse the green and black olives under cold water to remove excess salt, then pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a food processor, combine the rinsed olives, capers, garlic, and fresh parsley.
  3. Pulse the mixture until coarsely chopped, ensuring not to turn it into a paste.
