Ingredients

  • Black olives - 100g

  • Fresh parsley - 20g (chopped)
  • Fresh mint - 10g (chopped)
  • Red onion - 1 small (about 50g, finely sliced)
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons (30ml)
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Rinse and drain the green and black olives, then slice them in half.
