- Muhammara (store-bought or homemade) - 100 grams
- Red bell pepper (sliced) - 1 medium
- Zucchini (sliced) - 1 small
- Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 100 grams
- Feta cheese (crumbled) - 50 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the Muhammara evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Top the Muhammara with sliced red bell pepper, zucchini, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top of the vegetables.
- Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
