Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Muhammara (store-bought or homemade) - 100 grams
  • Red bell pepper (sliced) - 1 medium
  • Zucchini (sliced) - 1 small
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 100 grams
  • Feta cheese (crumbled) - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the Muhammara evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Top the Muhammara with sliced red bell pepper, zucchini, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  6. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top of the vegetables.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the vegetables are tender.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  10. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
