- Walnuts - 50 grams

- Pomegranate molasses - 1 tablespoon
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roast the red bell peppers on a baking sheet for about 15 minutes, until the skin is blistered and charred.
- Remove the peppers from the oven and let them cool slightly before peeling off the skin and removing the seeds.
- In a food processor, combine the roasted red peppers, walnuts, minced garlic, olive oil, bread crumbs, pomegranate molasses, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary to ensure everything is well combined.
