Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Mouhamara (red pepper dip) - 100 grams
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Bell pepper (any color) - 1, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Spread the mouhamara evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the mouhamara, followed by the crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Arrange the sliced red onion and bell pepper on top of the cheese.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
