- Milk - 500 ml
- Sugar - 50 g
- Cornstarch - 30 g
- Rose water - 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Pistachios (crushed) - 20 g
- Water - 50 ml
Steps
- In a medium saucepan, mix the cornstarch with the water to create a smooth slurry.
- Add the milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and rose water to the saucepan and stir well.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and continuously stir until the mixture thickens and comes to a gentle boil, about 10-15 minutes.
- Once thickened, remove from heat and pour the mixture into two serving bowls or cups.
- Let the pudding cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
- Before serving, sprinkle the crushed pistachios on top for garnish.
