  • Orange blossom water - 1 tsp
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Brown sugar - 50 g
  • Butter - 1 tsp

Steps

  1. In a saucepan, combine 500 ml of milk, 50 g of sugar, 30 g of cornstarch, a pinch of salt, and 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and starts to bubble, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in 1 tsp of orange blossom water.
